This issue is probably caused by two or more accounts logged into one session, essentially being logged into multiple accounts simultaneously. To resolve this problem, please log out of all your accounts, and then log back in using only the account you intend to use in the browser.

You could reduce the input text or simplify your request so it take less time for OpenAI servers to respond. Yes, you could cancel the future subscription through the "manage subscriptions" button in the addon more action menu or directly contact us below. After that, you could follow the instructions and the subscription will be cancelled immediately afterward. If you cancel before the end of current subscription period, you will still be able to use your license, up to the last day of the subscription.

After you make the payment, but if you are still on Free version instead of Premium service or Enterprise service after 20 minutes, please double check you are using the right email account when making the payment. One possible reason is that people might use another email account for the payment so the Premium service is linked to that email account.
