After you make the payment, but if you are still on Free version instead of Premium service or Enterprise service after 20 minutes, please double check you are using the right email account when making the payment. One possible reason is that people might use another email account for the payment so the Premium service is linked to that email account. Please contact us below and we can resolve the issue for you.
For Spreadsheet cells with no credits error, please put the WorkGPT related formula and custom functions into a new cell and try again.
Yes, you can cancel the future subscription through the addon "More" action menu or "Settings" -> then "Manage Your Subscription." in the app, or directly contact us below. After that, you could follow the instructions and the subscription will be cancelled immediately afterward. If you cancel before the end of current subscription period, you will still be able to use your license, up to the last day of the subscription.
We provide free or free trial services in the product, so we typically do not issue refunds once you have successfully used our product and performed certain actions, or if the purchase was made over 3 days ago.

This issue is probably caused by two or more accounts logged into one session, essentially being logged into multiple accounts simultaneously. To resolve this problem, please log out of all your accounts, and then log back in using only the account you intend to use in the browser.

If you see this error message, it means your AI GPT request took more than 30 seconds to finish, exceeding the time limit of Google add-on. You could reduce the input text or simplify your request so it take less time for OpenAI servers to respond. In addition, you can wait several mins and retry or use the product website directly with 5 minutes expiration time.
