After you make the payment, but if you are still on Free version instead of Premium service or Enterprise service after 20 minutes, please double check you are using the right email account when making the payment. One possible reason is that people might use another email account for the payment so the Premium service is linked to that email account. Please contact us below and we can resolve the issue for you. 

For Spreadsheet cells with no credits error, please put the WorkGPT related formula and custom functions into a new cell and try again.

Yes, you can cancel the future subscription any time through 

• Clicking the addon "More action (⋮) " menu on the top right -> "Manage Subscription" 
• Or clicking "Upgrade and manage my plan"  -> "Manage Subscription" 
• Or "Settings" -> then "Manage Your Subscription" in the app
• Or directly contact us below.

After that, you could follow the instructions and the subscription will be cancelled immediately afterward. If you cancel before the end of current subscription period, you will still be able to use your license, up to the last day of the subscription.

We offer free or free trial services with our products, so refunds are generally not provided. However, we may consider a refund if you have NOT used our product (to performed any actions) and the purchase was made within the last three days. In this case, please email us at contact@aiworksuite.com and we can assist you further.

If you experience any issues with our services, please email us at contact@aiworksuite.com and include the photos, videos, or related evidence that shows the problem for us to look into. 

First, please make sure you have the editor access to the document and have granted the authorization permission to our software (WorkGPT, AI translator or others). You can double check through here https://myaccount.google.com/connections.

If the error still exists,  this issue is probably caused by the Google bug. 

• Please log out of all your accounts in Google Workspace and Chrome profile, and log back in with ONLY the account you intend to use the software addon (e.g. WorkGPT, AI Translator or others) in Google Workspace and Chrome profile. 
• Reinstall the software addon
• Make sure you grant the authorization. You can double check here https://myaccount.google.com/u/0/connections

Alternatively If you don't want to create a dedicated Chrome profile, you can install the add-on from an incognito window. It will then be installed from your default Chrome Profile.)

If you see this error message, it means your AI GPT request took more than 30 seconds to finish, exceeding the time limit of Google add-on. You could reduce the input text or simplify your request so it take less time for OpenAI servers to respond. In addition, you can wait several mins and retry or use the product website directly with 5 minutes expiration time.
