This Privacy Policy describes the information collected by Workspace Translator with GPT, WorkGPT for Workspace, EmailAI and AI for Work (ZQ Labs Inc.), and the ways we collect, store, use, and manage the information, including personal information that you provide or we collect in using any of our websites, apps provided on a mobile platform, or other services operated by us.

By using our website, Google addons, mobile apps, and/or other services we provide, you agree to everything in this Privacy Policy and the processing of your data, including your personal information, in the manner provided in this Policy. If you don’t agree to this Privacy Policy and applicable User Agreements, please exit, and do not access or use, our products or Service. Please also note that the scope of this Policy is limited to information collected or received by us through your use of our services. We are not responsible for the actions of third party people or companies, the content of their sites, the use of information you provide to them, or any products or services they may offer. As used herein, the term “use” shall mean use, access, play, install, sign into, connect with, download, visit or browse our Sites or Products. 

Our privacy commitments to all users using our Google Workspace addons

• We do not store your data (inputs or files). It stays on Google’s servers. Granting us access to your data does not allow us to access it offline. This access is only used for displaying your information on the app and for taking actions on your behalf, or for investigating problems if needed with certain limitations. 
• The only information we store from your Google account is your name, last name, profile picture and e-mail.
• We do not sell your data, or share your data with any third party for commercial purpose.
• We do not use your inputs and outputs to train models.

Workspace Translator with GPT, WorkGPT for Workspace, EmailAI and AI for Work (ZQ Labs Inc.) use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Information we DO NOT collect:

• In WorkGPT for Workspace, the contents in doc/slide/spreadsheet/email/calendar are transferred to the AI models, ChatGPT GPT-4o/GPT-4o mini, Gemini, Claude, xAI Grok, Meta LIama for processing and generated back to the user. WorkGPT for Workspace (ZQ Labs, Inc.) will not store these. 
• In Workspace Translator with GPT, the contents in doc/slide/spreadsheet/email/calendar are transferred to ChatGPT GPT-4o/GPT-4o mini, Gemini, Claude, xAI Grok, Google and Microsoft Translate service for translating and generated back to the user. Workspace Translator with GPT (ZQ Labs, Inc.) will not store these. 
• In EmailAI, The email data and content is transferred to GPT-4o/GPT-4o mini, Gemini, Claude for processing and generated back to the user. EmailAI (ZQ Labs, Inc.) will not store these.
• In AI for Work, the contents in doc/slide/spreadsheet/calendar are transferred to the AI models, Gemini, ChatGPT GPT-4o/GPT-4o mini, Claude for processing and generated back to the user. AI for Work for Workspace (ZQ Labs, Inc.) will not store these. 

Information We Collect:

• Account information, such as your name, email address, and phone number, is collected when you create an account with us.
• We may also collect usage data, such as your browsing history, preferences and settings, to improve the performance and functionality of our service.

Use of Information:

• We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our service, as well as to personalize your experience and communicate with you.

Information Sharing:

• We will share your request commands and the related content data in doc/slide/spreadsheet/email/calendar to third party APIs, OpenAI APIs (GPT-4o/GPT-4o mini ChatGPT), Gemini, Google Bard PaLM, Claude, Meta LIama 3 etc to perform related tasks based on your requests. However our applications are not sharing any user data for AI models training.

Based on OpenAI, your data submitted will not be used to train or improve their models, unless you explicitly decide to share your data with them for this purpose.
• We do not sell your data, or share your data with any third party for commercial purpose. We may share your information with third-party service providers, such as our cloud hosting provider or content creation service, for the purposes of providing, maintaining and improving our service.
• We will not share or disclose your information to any other third party, unless we are required to do so by law or in response to a valid request from a law enforcement or government agency, or as otherwise necessary to protect our rights or interests.

User Consent For AI App

For apps that run on AI models such as  AI for Work, Workspace Translator with GPT, WorkGPT for Workspace, EmailAI, we share the “Prompt” data with Google Gemini, OpenAI and Amazon to obtain the AI responses. However our applications are not sharing any user data for AI models training. By using our apps, you consent to our privacy policy, which includes sharing the aforementioned data with Google Gemini, OpenAI and Amazon.

Security:

We value your trust in using our service, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. We use appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized access to or unauthorized alteration, disclosure or destruction of data.

Changes to This Privacy Policy:

We reserve the right to change this Policy at any time. We may update this privacy policy from time to time, and we will post the updated policy on our website. Your continued use of the service after we post any such changes to the policy will indicate your acceptance of such changes.
